Community Tennis Club

What is it?

In October 2019 the Queenโ€™s Club Foundation launched its Community Tennis Club, offering introductory tennis sessions to local children. Our aim is to provide as many children as possible aged 6-8 years old in Hammersmith and Fulham the opportunity to play tennis in a fun and safe environment, and to provide affordable and accessible exit routes to encourage children to continue playing. As part of our programme children receive 6 weeks of free tennis lessons (and one further session at The Queen’s Club), before being directed onto affordable follow on sessions locally.

Where do the sessions take place?

QCF are delighted that we have expanded our reach and impact externally to Bishop’s Park Tennis Centre with Kate Maurici as the new Head Coach of our QCF Community Club.

Sessions at Bishop’s Park take place on a Monday evening 4:00pm-6:00pm, and are open for children in school years 2 and 3 (aged 6-8).
