  • LinkedIn

Liam is an LTA Level 4 Senior Club Coach with a degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Bedfordshire and a lifelong connection to tennis. He began playing at the age of three in a local park, competed as a junior, and played full‑time at a UK‑based college before moving into coaching. He has since worked with players of all ages and abilities, and also holds roles as an LTA Youth Schools Tutor and LTA Activator Tutor, supporting tennis in schools and community settings.

After studying at university and working as Tennis Co‑ordinator at the University of Bedfordshire, Liam returned to full‑time coaching at Sutton Tennis & Squash Club, where he built and led the club’s inclusive programme. This work has been recognised through county honours, including the Tennis for All Award, and contributions to the club winning Club of the Year and Competition of the Year. Liam also supports the wider game through his role on the Surrey Tennis Coaches Council.

Liam is passionate about using tennis to bring people together and improve lives, both physically and socially. This belief is what led him to The Queen’s Club Foundation, and he is proud to be part of an organisation committed to creating inclusive, welcoming opportunities through sport.
