CURRICULUM TIME SEND SESSIONS

We offer termly sessions for SEND schools during curriculum time for schools local to The Queen’s Club.  Tennis sessions can be arranged either at a local park venue, or on-site, depending on your available space.  All squash sessions take place at The Queen’s Club. If you are interested in The QCF providing a regular SEND session for your school, please contact us to make an enquiry at info@queensclubfoundation.co.uk.

CASE STUDY PART 1

Parayhouse School

Parayhouse School is a school very local to The Queen’s Club.  It is a school for students with moderate learning difficulties as well as those with speech, language and communication needs.  The school brought 13 children regularly to our tennis curriculum time sessions held at Bishop’s park in 2022.  Some of the children were able to rally, others enjoyed adapted tennis activities and some accessed the sport using our tennis wheelchair kindly provided by Middlesex Tennis.  The children soon relaxed into the routine of the lessons and the staff also joined in and learned through experiencing the lessons how to deliver further tennis sessions...
