Brenda holds both British and French Nationalities.  She graduated from Harvard University A.B. with a Government major in 1982.

She worked for JP Morgan Bank in London and Paris between 1982 and 1992 working in private banking and investment management. From 1992-1995 she was Executive Vice President for International Beatrice Foods - French Operations.  In 1996-1998 she worked for Camscan Analytical Ltd- Cambridge, England, a forensic microscope company dealing with 3i. From 1998-2022 she worked for Marven Limited consulting in investment banking, investment management, and private equity
