40 children attended our recent Community Club Festival at The Queen's Club Junior Centre. All competed for the opportunity to win the LTA Team Challenge Trophy. We were also treated to an exhibition tie-break by 7 year old National Players Nolwaine and Baxter. In addition, para-standing tennis player Nicky Maxwell spoke to the children and their parents about his inspirational tennis journey as a single leg amputee. We were grateful to be supported at this event by a team of Community Teamwork volunteers from Goldman Sachs. Our next Festival will be in December.
