QCF x Middlesex Tennis Visually Impaired Tennis Session

Following the successful launch of our second inclusive tennis hotspot with Middlesex tennis, we’re pleased to announce our next Visually Impaired (VI) tennis session for adults at Parson’s Green Sports and Social Club. These friendly monthly sessions are open to everyone aged 18+, with courts available for both B1 (blind) and B2–B5 (visually impaired) players — all abilities welcome. Last month, we welcomed five new volunteers who learned how to set up the court and were introduced to the basics of blind tennis for both beginners and competitive players, expanding and adding to the already energised team and demonstrating commitment to improving lives through racket sports. Our next session will take place on Tuesday 11th November, 8:00–9:00pm, followed on Tuesday 2nd December by a session that also includes an informal talk from specialist optometrist Mr. Yuan Gao, offering practical advice on living with sight loss, support services, and VI tennis classification, before the on-court session from 7:30–8:00pm. Sign up via the QCF Clubspark page: https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/QCFCommunityClub/Coaching
