Vanessa Neill is a former trustee of The QCF and a senior sustainability and ESG consultant and advisor, advising public and private companies on sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy, operations and communications. 

 
Vanessa is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the ESG Committee for CVC Income and Growth Limited, a closed-ended investment company. She is an independent sustainability and ESG consultant and advisor to the Aspen Institute UK and Nepean, a strategic communications consultancy.   
 
Vanessa’s advisory work is informed by academic insights, including those drawn from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership (CISL), where she is currently undertaking the Postgraduate Masters Level Diploma. 
 
Vanessa has been a senior corporate communications professional for over 20 years.  Between 2018 and 2021, she was a Partner at Kekst CNC, a global strategic communications consultancy, where she co-led the firm’s ESG and Sustainability Steering Group.  Prior to that, she was Head of Communications for the Investment Banking and Capital Markets Division and the Impact Advisory and Finance Department at Credit Suisse (2009 – 2018). 
 
She has been a Trustee of the Queen’s Club Foundation since 2016 and an active member and keen tennis player at the Queen’s Club.
